About Krungsri Business Link

Krungsri Business Link (https://www.krungsribusinesslink.com) is an official business-to-business platform established in 2021 by Krungsri, which supports Thai and ASEAN businesses by providing opportunities; business matching, selling & buying and business partnership to expand the business through an extensive networks and solid alliances of Krungsri & MUFG.

Our members can send inquiry to suppliers directly for interested products or services with free of charge.

There are 2 types of members:
1. Buyer – To start product sourcing
2. Seller – To start selling product/service and find potential partners
You may consider to register as both buyer and seller.
Registration / Sign in

All companies can self-register an account on Registration page by filling in required fields.

You probably input incorrect information or your application does not meet the Bank's requirements. Please contact krungsribusinesslink@krungsri.com or call +66 2 626 2626.

SMS Verification
If you do not receive SMS OTP, there are several cases as below:
1. Our system or our third-party system might be failed. Please wait for a while.
2. Check with your phone service operator if they block system messages and ask them to unlock service for you.

Email Verification (Only available for companies based outside Thailand)
If you do not receive email OTP, there are several cases as below:
1. Search keyword ‘KrungsriBusinessLink’ in your inbox or junk.
2. Check with your email service operator whether they blocked email from Krungsri or filtered the email as spam.
3. Add the email address end with krungsri.com to your whitelist and then try again.
4. Email OTP can be delayed up to 15 minutes.

For companies based outside Thailand, in case you still cannot receive the verification code, you are suggested to change the verification method.

If you do not receive the verification email, please check the situations below:
1. Search keyword ‘KrungsriBusinessLink’ in your inbox or junk.
2. Check with your email service operator whether they blocked email from Krungsri or filtered the email as spam.
3. Add the email address end with krungsri.com to your whitelist and then try again.
4. Verification email can be delayed up to 15 minutes.

The Power of Attorney (POA) is a letter or proof showing that you have full power and authority to act and/or sign on Krungsri Business Link application including to perform any other acts hereunder on behalf of the Grantor.

Please follow below steps to submit the letter:
1. Click here to download the Power of Attorney form.
2. Fill in all required information.
3. Upload the Power of Attorney on My Profile page.

Your username is your registered email address.

Go to My Profile and click Change Password.

To change your username, please contact krungsribusinesslink@krungsri.com or call +66 2 626 2626.

If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve password by following below steps:
1. Click Forgot Password on Sign In page.
2. Fill in your registered email address.
3. Verify your account with OTP.
4. Create your new password.

To help you retrieve your account, please contact krungsribusinesslink@krungsri.com or call +66 2 626 2626.

We blocked your account because we notice that you have tried to reset password more than 3 times in 30 days. So please contact krungsribusinesslink@krungsri.com or call +66 2 626 2626.

One email address can be registered for one company only. If you want to register for another company, please use different email address.
Account Setting

If you are having problems receiving notification email, please check the list below:
1. Check whether you subscribe inquiry notification by go to My Profile and select Inquiry Arrival Notice.
2. Check with your email service operator whether they blocked email from Krungsri or filtered the email as spam.
3. Add the email address end with krungsri.com to your whitelist and then try again.

If you still cannot receive, please contact krungsribusinesslink@krungsri.com or call +66 2 626 2626.

Only “Administrator” role can delete his/her own account by following below steps:
1. Go to Manage Team
2. Click three dots at your account name and click Delete

For “Main Account” role, please contact krungsribusinesslink@krungsri.com or call +66 2 626 2626.

Go to My Profile and select Other Useful Information.

Only “Main Account” and “Administrator” roles can add sub account by going to Manage Team and click Add New Member.

You can add up to 5 members.

Only “Main Account” and “Administrator” roles can resend invitation email to sub account by following below steps:
1. Go to Manage Team.
2. Click three dots at member account name and click Resend.

Invitation email can be delayed up to 15 minutes.

Only “Main Account” and “Administrator” roles can change sub account role and permission by following below steps:
1. Go to Manage Team.
2. Click three dots at member account name and click Edit.
3. Select a new role.

Only “Main Account” and “Administrator” roles can delete sub account by following below steps:
1. Go to Manage Team.
2. Click three dots at member account name and click Delete.
Sell on Krungsri Business Link

Go to Manage Product or Manage Service and click Add New Product or Add New Service.

If menu does not appear, go to My Profile and select Seller business purpose.

Your product or service may be blocked if we detected content or photo goes against our Terms and Conditions. You are suggested to delete and upload new product or service information.

To sell, you can upload your product or service photo up to 6 images by going to Manage Product or Manage Service and click Add New Product or Add New Service.

If you cannot find menu, please go to My Profile and select to be a Seller.
Security
